Taking inspiration from their travels along the coast of Maine, Abigail Tan and Valeria Cinaglia have brought abit of New England to London with this new opening on Russell Street. This authentic seaside shack serves up lobster 'every which way' including lobster rolls with garlic and parsley butter, steamed whole lobster and lobster mac'n'cheese.

FRAQ'S Lobster Shack 

 

The second in a string of lobster house openings in London is FRAQ'S Lobster Shack set to launch in the heart of Fitzrovia this month. Co-founded by dynamic duo Andrea and Alberto Fraquelli (from the family behind restaurant group Metropolitan Restaurants), this New England inspired lobster joint promises perfectly cooked lobster in its fast food form available to eat in or take away.

Smack Lobster Deli 

 

Smack is the latest opening from the Goodman Restaurant Group - the restaurant group behind Burger & Lobster - where lobster will take centre stage once again. Get your claws stuck in at this 'fast-fine dining' restaurant and choose from the selection of signature lobster rolls on offer including the Happy Ending with Japanese mayo, fish sauce and coriander; the California with cucumber, avocado mayo and lime; and the Seven Samurai with tempura lobster, Japanese mayo, pickled ginger and spring onion.
