Merchants Tavern

Set within a Victorian warehouse, Merchant’s Tavern is a modern take on the traditional tavern. The bar sits surrounded by modern cosy furniture and serves classic cocktails.Chef Angela Hartnett of Michelin-starred Murano teams up with Neil Borthwick to bring a seasonal fusion of modern Italian and French cuisine.

Drakes Tabanco

The men behind tapas restaurants Copita and Barrica bring a traditional taste of Spain with sherry by the barrel, named after Sir Frances Drake who brought thousands of barrels of the wine to the UK in the 16th century. Sherries served include Amontillado, off-dry Rare Old India and Palo Cortado.
